Babu laifi ga wanda ya yi wutiri a farkon dare ko a tsakiyar dare idan ya sake yin wata sallar nafila a daren a bayan wutirin nan nasa, sai dai abin da aka fi so shi ne mutum ya sanya sallarsa ta qarshen dare ta zama wutiri ne, saboda Abdullahi ɗan umar ya ruwaito cewa Annabi ﷺ ya ce: "Ku sanya sallarku ta qarshen dare ta zama wutiri". Albukhariy (998), Muslim (751). Amma wanda ya riga ya yi sallar wutiri, to idan ya sake yin wasu raka'o'in a bayanta ba zai sake maimaita wani wutiri daga baya ba. Saboda hadisi ya tabbata daga Dalq ɗan Aliyu ya ce: Na ji Manzon Allah ﷺ yana cewa: "Ba a wutiri biyu a dare ɗaya". Attirmizhiy (470), Annasá'iy (1679), Abu Dawud (1439). Wato dai a taqaice idan mutum ya riga ya yi sallar wutiri sai kuma daga baya ya so ya yi sallar nafila a daren, to hakan ya halasta ba tare da wani karhanci ba, saboda umurnin da Annabi ﷺ ya bayar cewa a sanya sallah ta qarshe a dare ta zama wutiri, ba umurni ne na wajabci ba, umurni ne na mustahabbanci, sai dai kamar yadda bayani ya gabata, duk wanda ya yi sallar wutiri, kuma ya qara yin sallah a bayanta, to ba zai maimaita wani wutiri na biyu ba, kamar yadda hadisin can ya bayyana. Dubi Almuhallá (2/91, 92), da Almajmú'u (4/16). Allah S.W.T ne mafi sanin daidai.
