if it’s all the time and not just fasting, then there’s no need to say it. If the person is close to you, you can maybe buy a mouth freshener, good toothpaste or mouth wash and just gift the person. you can tell them you’re trying the product out and you want to share with them so they don’t feel uncomfortable.
