FEMININE HYGIENE
0
Dear sister.....
SECRETS TO FEMININE HYGIENE REVEALED
As we all know the vagina is a self cleaning machine, you don't need to clean your vagina.
However on the other hand the vulvar is not self-cleaning, you have to clean it otherwise it may start to smell from the sweat and oil produced from its glands.
When washing the vulva, use clean warm water, apply mild soap and wash gently. Wash in between the labial folds, wash the groin, inner thighs, and the perineum (space between the vagina and anus). While washing the vulva, try and limit the amount of soapy water that may enter the vagina. After you are done, rinse with clean warm water. You should wash your vulva at least twice in a day, however if you are menstruating wash your vulva whenever you change your sanitary pad (I.e after every 4- 6hours).
