Assalam as regards lipo suction i dont think it attracts any punishment as it is not a sin...yes its makhruk not haram because its a surgery that has to do eith fat extrsction from the body...where in too much of fat is not good for the body..you're allowed islamically to take good care of your health...so lipo suction doesnt give reward or attract punishment Wallahu A'alam

Asalamu alaikum. Liposuction/laser treatment is a surgery done to remove excess fat from the body. According to Islam teachings if it is done because of a genuine medical reason advised by a doctor due to a health problem then it is permissible but if it done for the purpose of beautification which changes Allah's creation, it is not permissible in Islam. Allahu a'alam.
