Sister, I studied law at Buk. The expenses was around 26-29k per session. What I will tell you is to just read hard right from your level one. Make time for your studies don’t wait till exams period, preferably read everyday after a day’s lecture . Alot of times lecture notes can be bulky I do summarize them and know what the topic is all about. I take notes of specific definitions, sections etc.
Secondly, please befriend serious students and always ask questions if you don’t get some things.

studying law in Nigerian uni comes with so much stress especially when your in a public university dat the students aren't much, like less than 50 per class. you'll be going to lectures from morning to evening daily because you can't afford to miss attendance. on part of expenses when you reach Law school you'll know why law is called the rich man's profession because there you'll spend money like mad on feeding, books and other things a part from the 296k you'll pay for registration and 20k as application fee. However in many public universities especially state universities if you're an indigene, you'll spend less than 50k for registration and hostel.
so in brief to study law in Nigeria you'll need to be financially stable, patient and dedicative.
