Assalamu alaikum warahmatullah Ya ibadah, Allah Ya amsa mana Gabadayan mu.. Dan Allah I want people, or you to help nd advice me. Wallahi I'm just 22 years Old but I am doing Masturbation, Kuma ko da nayi azumi even After Iftar sai nayi shi😭 the thing is that, wallahi I want to stop it, har ga Allah I am praying to stop it, but still, haryanzu I am not able to😭 but the advice I want is that My Father is a kind of person that wallahi duk addu'ar da ya mana (mu 'ya'yansa) wallahi tana Summa tallahi tana Karbuwa sosai.. but I don't even know how to start telling him. For sure zaiji ba dadi. Kuma somehow yana da little zafi da kuma fada, especially idan Mutum yayi ba daidai ba.. Dan Allah how do you thing I will approach this issue? Infact even if I tell my mom, I know she can tell him But ya zanyi a fada Masa har yasani? And the thing is that, I'm studying abroad, so, no way ince aure Zanyi cox Bana ma gida. I am victim too. Alhamdulliah finnally I have stopped it this is two months since I stop. isn't easy I have tried many times but I couldn't but Alhamdulliah got help me through and I get red of it I will advise you to download Qur'an MP3 app. play it often especially if you are free. in the night if you want to sleep you should play it and leave it tell you wake up. and you should keep praying day and night insha'Allah God will answer your prayer yaga intention naki I don't think you should tell your parents gaskiya keep it within yourself I involved in masturbation for 5 years and nobody know kuma Allah yasa na bare yanzu

my advice to you is u should be praying and ko bayan ramadan ki dage da azumi especially Mondays and Thursdays kuma ki yawaita istigifari kuma kina yawan karatun alqurani Ina miki fatan Allah kuma ya baki miji nagari Kiyi aure ki huta
