First of all many people use soap so that the can get to make their hand very easy and soft to use. what I want to you to put in your mind is that remember what you are doing is not good for your health and you are sinning your god. 1.Stop going to toilet with soap if you can't resist doing it for at least 3 days. 2. put in your mind that, that is your last chance going back to your god 3. put in your mind that you are going to die at any moment especially when trying to do it. 4.Try to avoid social media because most of the time the things you are seeing on social media are the ones that are turning you on. 5. if you can avoid social media delete all your social media app or handles 6. Avoid listening to music coz music is part of the thing that allow Satan to get to your mind and whisper it to you. 7. At least try to listen to Qur'an even once every day before going to toilet especially before taking bath. 8. Try to always Do daily Azkhar morning one and Evening one. 9. If you have bad frnds that are always talking about sex stuff pls avoid them. And insha Allah you'll see changes in your life. And even if it is Zina you are doing pls repent and fear Allah and know that one day we will all go back to him. Thank you sister and Brothers
