My life sucks lately.

I'm so sad and lonely these days...I have no vibes and feel depressed lately and I don't even knw why??...I have been trying so hard to leave a normal life jst like before but it's hard..I need a therapist wallahi..I'm sooo down nothing moves me anymore not even my favourite people and things..I'm jst basically breathing only..and I hate this feeling soooo much..I jst wantu be the lively person I used to be..i need help.

try volunteering and giving back to the community. Sharing and donating involuntary increases oxytocin levels. helps with depression. may Allah make things easy for you

It can be mentally draining actually, get yourself engaged in something productive, make lots of duas also. Tell yourself you've got great things to accomplish and nothing can weigh you down at this time. It's a phase, you'll get past it insha Allah.
