Dua my dear and just see every little thing as a blessing! my dear even the air u breathe is a blessing, many are on life support! Not to talk of food, clothing and shelter!! You are truly blessed wallah!! Just be praying and u shall over come it soonest InshaAllah! Idan kina da hali kisa a ringa miki sauka kina sadaka! Idan bakida hali ki yawaita sadaka especially to orphans and know that no amount is small! Remain blessed❤️

walsikum Salam, as a doctor my advice to you is to see a psychiatrist, they will help you feel better without putting you in the ward mostly because what your a experiencing could be a behavioural disorder called schizophrenia at the early stage, and the prognosis is usually bad if left unchecked, and as a Muslim always pray and recite suratul baqara or play it. may Allah grant you healing. please let end stigma to mental health and get appropriate treatment it truly makes a difference.
