Between a guy and a lady who proposes first? Daga behavior shi, you know that he loves you but he asked you to tell him what's on ur mind if you are ok with it. But you, you decided not to tell him anything. If he will not propose first, let it be. You know that he is the one who is more desperate to get married than you since he is 41yrs (All his family and friends are on his neck). You know, that he is Fulani by tribe and a shy guy but you, you are shyer than him. Please who is in the better position to propose first?

I guess by asking her to tell him what's on her mind, he wants to know what his chances are. He wants to be at least 95% sure the feeling is mutual. That's how it is for shy guys. He is shy on top being Fulani. That's a lot. Probably the reason he got to that age and still not married. So if she loves him as he does, she doesn't have to tell him with words but rather with actions and body language. If he's able to read the signs, it should boost his confidence to propose to her
