Depression isn’t always looking and feeling sad. sometimes it’s lack of motivation, excessive sleeping, poor eating habits, unexplainable anger/easily annoyed, low self-esteem, no strive to do things you normally do.

It cure's naturally depending on what makes you depressed in the first place, E.G you are depressed because you are broke, then boom you get 100m Naira alert, tell me if you will still feel depressed, same with everything!!

in my own case, depression is worse than a night mere, I am depressed to the extent that I crave deaths, even prayed for a trailer to run over me, sometimes I imagine my death and burial, so many problems in my life, I am emotionally drained and my childhood experience haunts me seriously I am traumatized, I undergo bussiness fraud which I ended up loosing all what I have and debt all over, I made a post through Facebook to "arewa diaries ng" and alhamdulillah I found a family there who majority of them council and recommend Dua and advices which I stick to it I didn't get any financial support but mental support in the verge of recovering from depression , all I can say about depressed people is to stick to your Lord, Allah is Albaseer, know that he loves you and things will get better soon, pray tahajjud, do azkar and recite the Qur'an in Sha Allah one will be relieved and that will be history when you come across this pls make a Dua for me and everyone undergoing one problem or the other jazakumullahu khaira
