so there is this guy I met recently although he hasn't looked at my side yet more like I don't exist to him and he looks so amazing should I make the first move by talking to him first or not? a guy like him tends to be a player sha

I won't advise you to. Nigerian men aren't ready for that discussion no matter how "educated" or "civilized" they seems to be. I actually tried it and it didn't end well for me. I was very ecstatic when I saw he is from same place with me and that was what made me to send request.
