So ina da ƙiba, ina da burst sosai, akwai lokacin da na so ramewa sosai, duk wani magani idan naji yana rage ƙiba ina amfani dashi don na rame amma ba wanda ya yi min aiki. Amma tunda na ga wani siriri me siranta na tashin hankali na fara son ƙiba ta, sai na zama indifferent about ƙibar tawa, na daina damuwa. Toh yanzu kuma kibar tawa ta karu kan da, na samu maganin da nake da assurance zai yi min aiki na rame, amma tunda na ga yanda nonuwan wata aunty dina (Kuma karamar yarinyace) suka yi nake tsoron ramewa yanzu, abin ya bani tsoro, abin ya yi yawa, I'm scared of saggy breasts now but I want to lose weight, Ko kadan ne na rage, akwai wani solution ne? 😭😞

yes the only solution is kidinga yawan addua,and kidinga engaging kanki in workouts atleat even if it is not daily be engaging yourself in an exercise,also watch out your meal and avoid abincin dare

intermittent fasting and exercise at least 10000 steps a day helps alot it works like magic, a doctor advised me to love and accept myself the way i am and to avoid all artificial ways of weight loss, because there are complications and side effects, i adopted the natural way which is fasting and exercise and alhamdulillah i weight 55kg now with no stretch marks or sagged breasts, please consult a specialist too, Allah yasa a dace

did you try orange and lemon remedy, wlh it works for me, ni da nake weighing 100 but am 90 now. so yanxu sai na koma deiting, bana shan sugar, gastric juice, then more veggies, get rid of junk foods xakiyi hkuri dasu wlh xaki dace in kika hkura dasu

Kindly explain how the orange and lemon remedy works, my fat is stubborn/thick fat, its not the watery/shaking type

same here mine is very stubborn, I have tried many remedies wlh beyi ba. but I tried it and it work for me. find one big orange, 1 lemon not lime oo and honey. wash the lemon and lime, slice it into pieces with the back oo don't peel it. put them altogether in a pota nd put 1ltr of water and boil it for 20mins, then seive it in a cup and add some honey to it, some prefer it hot some cold so anyone u want u can take it. then refrigerate the remaining one cause it can spoil because of the orange. take one cup in an empty stomach, then in the night, it should be the last thing u take bfr going to bed. Inshaa Allah be checking ur weight after each 1 week u will be seeing that it's reducing

Masha Allah, Allah yasa a dace. inda hali try to dey take apple, cucumber and pineapple, blend it altogether then take it as a juice. make sure u avoid gastric juice and sugary food/drink
