from my own point of view 1. she'll show concern about you 2. laugh at your jokes even if they are not funny 3. Talk/ask about you among friends.

I bet she's been waiting for this moment if you're close enough, girls tend to like guys who stick with them as friends for long and you being her friend is an added advantage, you already know and understand each other so building a relationship will be easy just go ahead and tell her all the best.
