Why do I get worried over little things? 7

I don't know if I'm alright ko Kuma I need to see a psychologst, little things upset me and get I mood swings all the time, is this normal with other people pls?

I can't really tell you if it's normal gaskiya, from my experience something triggers the mood swing, either you're over thinking about something, ko kuma you don't find happiness in what you do, I'm still working on myself but what I've realized is, spending time with loved ones, letting them into your world heals you, find someone you trust and tell them if something is bothering you, go out have fun, watch movies preferably mixed with comedy, read books; romantic novels, comedy anything do things that elevate your mood, depression doesn't appear in a day and sadly enough our society does not acknowledge it as something serious, if you are a muslim read Quran alot it brings peace to the soul, listen to islamic reminders, I'm begging you to not let this break you... I nearly lost my mind during days like that

Gaskiya it's not normal, happiness and unhappiness are not constant, but if you feel unhappy and down all the time pls check up on your mental health

It's abnormal. There are people born with Bipolar disorder, I suggest you do a bit of research to find out or it may be a mental issue you can get over. If you know any mental facility go there, the earlier the better.
