Subhanallah, Be strong dear show ur weakness to Almighty, pray hard, recite the Qur'an, do alot of Istigfar and be open most people with depression are introvert, have someone to discuss your problems with not all problems can be solved but discussing them with someone can reduced heartache, please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™don't let this progress depression is a very dangerous psychiatric disorder. "Indeed Allah doesn't promise hardship without ease" Better days are coming inshallah #Believe

i will advice you to get someone you can talk to...am new here so I dunno how dis app works would HV asked u to chat up privately. If u hv frnds, just hang out with Dem and if u don't get a pen and write down ur feelings, pray alot and try to keep urslf occupied(dance,take a stroll,watch movies, anytin fun). May Allah relieve u of wat ever u r going Tru, and may He be your guide,Ameen. You are your own cure so find dat happiness deep within. first step- smile ๐Ÿ˜Š
