Why Do Some Girls Dislike Boys Who Can Cook?

My mum started teaching me how to cook since I was a kid, I’m in my mid 20’s right now and I have been cooking properly for the past 10years, kind of my hobby. A good friend of mine who is a girl (not my girlfriend) who is a good cook also once told me albeit jokingly that she couldn’t marry me😂😂😂 cause I could go toe to toe with her in a cooking competition and she can’t stand it. I sometimes send meals to her when I’m done cooking especially on days she has lectures throughout. So I basically don’t understand why some girls feel that way. NOTE: I’m a masculine young man not a feminine one😂😂😂 before someone will call me dan daudu😂😂😂😂 we go just fight now now. So ladies, would you marry someone who can cook better than you?

once heard someone say "don't trust men that can cook". Don't know why the person said so and I couldn't ask cos I wasn't part of the discussion of people I know not.

sincerely I don't mind having a hubby who can cook if at all he isn't type that's gonna rub one or two mistakes in my face, I perceive those kind of guys as romantic guys that even if the wife doesn't cook well or doesn't know how to cook will jst find a way and cover it not the rude ones that will be like " you didn't cook this rice well " etc... NB: I can cook sha😹😹 Another thing I feel the reason why some girls don't prefer guys that cook is because they might feel threatened, you know having to cook for someone you already know cooks way more than you creates some kinda insecurities 🤷

😂😂😂😂😂 Your last line is actually the very reason they are afraid of. And actually most men who can cook wouldn’t rub it on their wife’s face except few.

You can learn also by watching tutorials on simple meals, then you practice it often and little by little you move on to prepare complex dishes.

Of course, I will, a great man should have all skills and cooking is an important aspect of life, and him knowing how to cook is less stressful for me as well since he will be helping
