Salaam. Ina neman shawara da addu'a pls. Akoda yaushe na shiga class ko na dau books na don karatu sai inji jiki na ya mutu ina jin bacci, kuma ko kadan ban iya baccin rana ba. Kuma bana fahimtan abunda aka karantar da ni ko na karanta. Abun kuma ya fara min da dadewa.

I think what you should do is recite hasbinallahu wa ni'imal wakeel everytime you start getting that feelings. Ahankali se ragu Insha Allah It does happens sometimes and i think its spritual because only when you want to do something beneficial you start feeling like "bari in bari sai anjima" or se kaji "kawai ka gaji" or you doing something to distract yourself. Amma da wani abu zaka yi mara amfani bazakaji feeling din ba.
