I love him but I don't think he loves me back he takes me as a friend what should I do? I don't want to lose him

You have 2 options. 1. Express your feelings to him and see what he will say, remember if you chose this option you have to be ready for rejection incase he does that, maybe. 2. start to how him signs that you are interested in him and see if he will reciprocate that, if he doesn't show the same back to you. I think he's not interested.

Continue being a friend and show him signs of love. if he does not reciprocate its means he just really considers you as a friend. unless you want to take the risk of confessing you feelings for him.
