You masturbate and watch porn, admit it ,we all do. Let’s not play holy . Tbh This is a problem that a lot of us(youths) suffer from ,we hate to bring this topic up but sadly we all watch porn. And don’t hate yourself for that ,it’s natural to feel the urge.We all know the effects and consequences of it which may consist of erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation ,low self esteem,lost of vision and brain damage .All these kolaqalabos and maganin karfin gaba will not help you if you don’t quit masturbation.So please guys ,STOP MASTURBATING STOP PORNOGRAPHY.You can join a reddit community of NOFAP to help guide for an easy transition.
