am highly addicted to pornography ND masturbation i try many times to stop but i fall back i will so ashamed of my self sometimes am losing confidents and the nature of my work need allot of confidences ND courage.i need your prayers plsss

I have advice that you may try. Firstly try to avoid Internet as much as you can especially porn site, keep yourself busy all the time, Stop been alone in a room have a partner, avoid all friends that will arose you, have a plans for marriage, pray hard and lastly keep repentance
