My gf is the same, she’s got anger issues. She’s hot tempered and I can’t deal with it. I want to break up with her because of this. What do you guys think?

understand her first that's if you serious about your relationship with her and understand by which time she does that because I have a sister with anger issues and and I have it too but I know how to control mine in my own life style

I tried. But I don't wanna get married to someone with temper. It's toxic. No matter how hard I try to make her happy, She's always grumpy and irritated and not just with me but her family members too. I understand so many things can irritate women, especially with this our economy. But all of that is just an excuse. She's just naturally hot tempered. It's killing me. She said she'll change but no changes.

Most of us are wounded children in adult bodies. We were never modeled on how to respond to things in mature ways. We've never learned how to self regulate, and it shows. Issues expressing how we felt, relationships being overwhelming, and when we struggled to cope with being upset or face disappointment most of us yell, stomp, shut down and act out when we're hurt. Learning how to regulate emotions and getting comfortable with the discomfort is the way developing maturely really just means the ability to be uncomfortable. Stay with uncomfortable and difficult conversations. Be assertive in life. Prove to yourself that you can trust yourself to be with any experience. Practice this regularly. I'm still working on becoming more mature. It's a process. Having the courage to do this work creates better relationships, better health, and more self compassion.We're all in this together. And we can all do the work to become better friends, siblings, and partners. Imagine how different our world would look if we all developed more emotionally.

Work on it consciously or it will affect you. Pray a lot about it,pick a hobby, job, trade,travel if you can, A lot of us were not allowed to show and talk about emotions. I used to be like that but I'm better now,feel down sometimes. I tot marriage will solve it, but made it worse.

okay you're right though but if you truly love her sincerely you can definitely change her by any means and especially if you are above her in education islamically so just use any type of tricks on her so that she can at least and part of me _my sister always does that but she can only calm herself down by knowing we didn't talk the whole day so as to you just try a brain tricks that she will take what's u are telling her serious

I appreciate you. I ghost her sometimes or make her feel that I don't like her attitude and guess who comes to apologize and be sweet. It's so funny. I find it romantic sometimes though when she's tempered.
