should you blacklist people who don't pay debt on time?

One of my friends owes me money (100k) for over 6month yanzu which she promised to pay a month after,.she paid only half last week and now she is begging me that her mom is sick (which is true) and she needs 20k for hospital expenses should I borrow her or blacklist her forever in giving debt?

if it's me gaskiya I won't give her I don't know how long it will take her to pay back. if she takes 6month to pay back 50k that means she'll take almost a year to pay back 70k. Kuma I can't trust her again

maybe you didn't complain or give her a bad look thats why she is asking you again. i don't know how close you are but i don't think i would trust someone that has broken such a promise again.

in my opinion it depends, there are some of my friends that have delaed paying debt and i can still borrow them money because i know its not deliberate they had unforeseen issues that's why and at last they paid me and i understand and if i need money i can ask them too it depends on how close you are and how much you know the person. if you know she refuse to pay or is just careless, then don't give her but if there is genuine reason that delayed the payment. you can help her.
