well, I will make it short. like the others have said its a habit that they developed well before they got married and because they only live for this life and have no fear of Allah and his judgement, they continue as they wish as if they have no one to answer to. They can continue to unlawfully keep getting with other women. Whether they are married or not yet married, they should remember there is no peace, happiness or success in this life or the next if you continue to commit major sins. Allah ya sawwake kawai. kowa zai yi abinda yaga dama a wannan duniyar amma mutum ya tuna karewa zatayi. sai kuma ayi ma hisabi ga wannan babban laifin da kake aikatawa.
