firstly you have to work on yourself, by working on yourself I mean you try communicating with English more than you do before and have a dictionary close.

Start reading English novels you’ll always find new words and you can also watch grammar classes on YouTube

Watch a lot of english movies, practice speaking english to those around you. Read english novels, less hausa more english.
