Warning on mastubation

I came about this blog just yesterday and I saw posts on mastubation addiction. I want to warn our young men to stop it right now no matter the consequences. Anybody that is telling you to stop it gradually does know the damage this act can cause. I started mastubation when I was 15/16 years just when I started having wet dream. Then I didn't know it was wrong, our parents don't talk such issues with us,no internet then, that was 1997. Before I could know it was wrong 5 years have passed and I was fully addicted so I couldn't stop, doing between 3-8 times a day. In all I spent about 15years before I could manage to stop and the irreparable damage had already been done: extremely small penis (a finger size), premature ejaculation (30s), low sex drive (1 round and no feelings untill days), low self-esteem and depression. If not for the little faith I have and a supportive wife (who made it clear that she climax with foreplay, even though I will be doubting if she is saying the truth or having an affair outside), I would have contemplated suicide.
So please and please if you are just starting stop and stop forthwith and note i have been to hospital and all the drugs they give you are temporary and they don't even take you serious they will be telling you you are ok.
