Yes, gym zai taimaka maka sosai. Kayi more lifting na weights a gym. Ba gudu sosai (gudu zai burning calories sosai so zaka rage kiba) Good luck

😂😂 I normally do 30-40 press up, 40 squad, 10 pull up, and many more. so yanxu if you see my body yyi fitting sosai. Kuma na bude even though na kai 6 yrs Ina yi. but bn taba zuwa gym bh. my chest is 15 inches
