After getting a request... Ideally who is suppose to say hi /hello/slm first? The person who requested or the one who accepted....

Lol! let's be honest here if the lady rushes in saying hi the men see her as too eager. I’ve learned that taking my time with guys get me a shedload of respect

Well am speaking based on what guys have said and a few experiences. My colleague at work said that if they see a girl they like on social media they send a message and if she's quick to respond, she hungry for man.
