I got scared seeing the title at first since it's the first thing I came across wen I opened the app and I was like what's this person trying to say😅.. it is easier said than done but trust me once one has taken all the above mentioned steps, one starts to feel at ease, peace and also free from unnecessary stress.. it's like you're not only a doc for the humans but a relationship doc/expert as well 😂😂😂
