This is a serious issue which calls for an immediate attention. Child abuse is becoming more nd more severe,the family(especially polygamy) where step parents maltreatment is common need to knw that a child is a gift from Allah and needs duk wata kulawa da daukan dawainiya frm parents. Also religion nd government bodies shld take action in executing the culprits, ta hanyar daukan tamaki akan duk Wanda aka kama maltreating a child kuma a hukuntasu bisa ka'ida ta hakan zaizama ishara gawasu masu aikatan hakan.

It's poverty fa, I'm not saying it's the entire cause but it contributes to 70% of most vices we have in Arewa. even in civilized countries there are bad people but minority here in Arewa we have bad people majority. it's poverty fa.

And i don't think we'll get rid of it soon, since most arewa men have nothing to do other than giving birth up and down, I'm not saying its a bad thing but atleast they should control their household more, take their responsibities more seriously and reduce their rates of marriage. My opinion though

Sister, it's a very bad thing fa, the way our Arewa men breed like rabbits resulting to Almajirai, thugs and people who just end up on the streets. abin se dai kallo kawai it's too late for anything to be done

Honestly it's very disturbing, i heard of this man that died and his kids (yandaba) refused to pay his debts saying that it's his personal problem nobody will sha touch their inheritance, so you can imagine. The north is far gone we can only watch

Sai anfara tackling poverty first da unnecessary polygamy sannan za'a iya tackling child abuse also doleh ayi implementing laws dazasu ringa protecting rights na yara kmr right to free education basic health-care facility etc
