You meet a guy and both of you clearly know why you're here and why you’re talking, yet you still want to act hard to get, as if he bumped into you randomly somewhere and started chasing you. Nobody is doing anyone a favor here. It’s just two intentional adults who should know what they want and why they're on the platform. Being open, straightforward, showing interest, and engaging doesn’t make you less valuable, and it definitely doesn’t make you look desperate to the right man.
