How best can you organize Kayan Lefe? 1

slm. I want to get your opinions on which is best when it comes to organizing KAYAN LEFE. Is it best for the guy/guys family to organize or to give the bride to be the money to organize it herself? From my point of view, i think its better to give her the money to do the shopping herself since she know best the items/materials she will need, unlike when the husband to be or his family do the shopping and sometimes buying more or less of somethings and or not buying at all. And again, i think this idea is suitable or works best when the guy is working on budget due to availability of funds😀. So, yanaji what are your thoughts, inputs or contributions to the above.
