I Need Help for my Anger problem 2

I don't know what's wrong with me. I have serious anger issues. And whenever I get angry I end up doing something that I will later regret. please if anyone knows any prayer that I can say or maybe anger management classes please I'd appreciate.

Whenever you're angry, first say auzubillah... If you're standing you should sit, while if you're sitting you should perform ablution and pray two rakaats if possible. If not, then zip your mouth whenever you're angry, maintain absolute silence, and leave the place in which you got angered. Then continue doing zhikr. I think this will help. N.B. maintaining silence is very vital in anger management, take it seriously.

you should see a psychologist to help manage your anger issues. And as another poster mentioned , keep saying Auzbillahi minashaytanir rajim .. the moment you feel angry
