Assalamu Alaikum. In the first place how will you allow a 14year old child to have access with internet is not bad to give her phone (may be because of some personal reasons) but make sure you stop her from having access with internet or social media, always check the phone watch all her steps don't just give her the phone and sit down without any proper check up and at last make sure you install God fearing in her heart and soul because in ba tsoron Allah ko bayan idonki zasu iya aikatawa.
